Check in 3pm onwards and Check out before 10am Max Guests of 6 including children. Photo ID must match booking information. No Smoking No Bookings longer than 28 days Pets are required to be vaccinated and have a current flea treatment. Pets are not permitted to be left alone at the property. **Fees if found to have occurred: Excessive pet hair inside or left home alone - $200 fee + Damages (if pet left alone termination may occur) Strictly NO Parties or gatherings - $500 fee + Immediate termination of stay. Smoking Fee - $200 + Damages Damages: as per invoiced amount Unauthorised late check outs will be required to pay a $200 fee. BBQ cleaning fee will apply if it is left dirty - there are bbq utensils and paper towels inside to clean up.
